Where was Black Work filmed?

Starting in October 2014, filming for ITV’s Black Work took place at multiple locations in the North English counties of Lincolnshire and Yorkshire, including the city of Leeds. Having grown up in Lincolnshire, filming served as something of a homecoming for star Sheridan Smith. With the story also being set in the North of England, playing the part of Jo allowed the 33-year-old actress to use her own natural accent.
