When does Britain’s Got Talent begin in 2014?
UPDATE: ITV have now officially confirmed that BGT will return at 7:15pm on Saturday, 12 April, 2014. End of update.
Although auditions for series 8 began on the 18th of January, the show won’t hit television screen until the spring.
With ITV yet to officially announce a more specific start date, the new season of BGT is unlikely to premiere until the 2014 series of Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway has concluded.
At this time we expect Simon, Amanda, Alesha and David to most likely return on Saturday the 12th of April and we’ll bring you more details as soon as ITV confirm a date.
ITV2’s companion show ‘Britain’s Got More Talent’, will also return, once again hosted by Stephen Mulhern.
