Rough Copy in Shock X Factor Bottom 2 Sing Off

In what was probably the most shocking bottom two of this years live shows, Sunday nights X Factor results show saw Rough Copy go head-to-head with Hannah Barrett.

Despite Tamera Foster forgetting her lyrics yet again last night, the 16-year-old somehow managed to dodge this weeks sing-off and stay in for at least one more week. With Tamera safe, this left Hannah in danger yet again. This time surprisingly joined by group Rough Copy, who had previously been tipped to make this years final.

With both acts giving powerful and passionate save-me-song performances, the judges decision was to be far from a formality. But in the end Hannah was eliminated by 3 votes to 1, leaving her mentor Nicole Scherzinger in the procerious position of having just one remaining girl. Plus with two songs to learn for next weeks show, Tamera’s questionable memory looks set to be tested more than ever.

So was this weeks public vote more than a temporary blip for Rough Copy, or will the boys bounce back and book their place in the 2013 final three? While at age 17 and with a voice like hers, tonight surely won’t be the last music lovers see of Hannah.
