Where are The X Factor live shows held?

All the way from 2004, up to and including the 2014 series, the filming location for The X Factor UK live shows has always been The Fountain Studios in Wembley, London.

The only exception to this will be for the final itself, which will be broadcast just down the road at Wembley Arena.

Update: Find out the date and location of The X Factor 2014 final.

Fountain Studios have hosted the X Factor live shows since their beginning in 2004. The building also recently provided the venue for fellow ITV show ‘Stepping Out’ and the battle rounds of rival BBC reality series ‘The Voice’.

Here the 2013 final 12 contestants will compete each weekend for viewers votes to decide the series 10 winner.

Mentoring the Groups Rough Copy, Miss Dynamix and Kingsland will be Gary Barlow.

Nicholas McDonald, Luke Friend and Sam Callahan make up Louis Walsh’s Boys.

Mrs O’s Over’s will be Lorna Simpson, Shelley Smith and Sam Bailey.

Finally Hannah Barrett, Tamera Foster and Abi Alton will represent Nicole Scherzinger in the Girls category.

This years live shows get underway on Saturday, 12 October, 2013. If various news reports are to be believed, Louis, Sharon, Gary and possibly even Nicole could all be making this their last series as X factor UK judges. Choosing to either retire or begin focusing on new projects in the future.

Yep, this truly is utterly crap television. Hope they also stop Britain’s Got No Talent and I’m A Desperate Celeb Get Me A New Career After Leaving The Jungle while they’re at it.

    Dumbo’s TV.

It’s all set-up as a hype-fest, dummies. Only thicko’s watch this as their “entertainment”. The only ones who really wins are the crew, & the judges who get vast pay cheques for guffawing about and talking to the contestants like they are like babies.

The winner is the one who does NOT win. All the winners get are zero careers, they may get lucky and end-up in cheap, low-level telly-land.

I can’t understand why the viewer is supposed to care who goes through, apart from being brainwashed by the flashing lights…duh duh!

Can’t wait until this is not on anymore, like BB it past it’s sell-by date years ago, it’s embarrassing it’s still on British TV.

Tickets for the X Factor live studio shows are unfortunately like gold dust. After allowing for the contestants friends and family, corporate guests and the odd competition winner, there’s little if any seats left. And that’s not accounting for those rows of mysterious young women who seem to permanently line the stage and judges area.
