What’s the name of the song used in the new 2018 Moments – Be There BT TV advert and who sings it?
Showing paper planes gliding from person to person to exchange messages, this BT ad features the song It Must Be Love, which can be downloaded from Amazon and iTunes.
Originally written in the early 1970’s by British singer and musician Labi Siffre, the version used in this advert is the far more commonly recognised recording by Madness. With frontman Graham ‘Suggs’ McPherson on lead vocals, the London-based ska band released their version in 1981, with the track featuring on the groups first greatest hits album Complete Madness.
This BT ad video concludes with the slogan ‘Every moment of every day, we help you be there.’ The female voice over sound a little like Miquita Oliver, who does the ‘Go Argos’ commercials. But it could just be someone else who sounds similar.
