X Factor UK series eight winners Little Mix have been officially signed to perform on an up-coming live Sunday night results show. The girls have been booked to appear on week 4 of the lives on Sunday, 3 November, 2013.
Perrie, Jesy, Jade and Leigh-Anne are expected to perform their latest single ‘Move’, which they recently sang on the X Factor Australia:
Expect a similar routine when Little Mix return to the British version, which witnessed the groups creation back in 2011. Joining the Little Mixers for a proper girls night will be pop/country superstar Taylor Swift.
Fear not though boyband fans, as this Sunday will see the guys from The Wanted taking to the stage, with the all mighty One Direction stopping by on November 24th.
In ITV’s currently loosing battle against Strictly Come Dancing in the ratings war, Simon Cowell and producers are clearly keen to bring out the big guns in order to up viewing figures. If the series popularity continues to drop, acts may switch from paying to appear on results shows, to being paid themselves.
With The Wanted allegedly shelling out an eye-watering £250K for the privilege of performing, the exact fee likely depends on how high profile the act. After all, it’s hard to see Lady Gaga who also appears this week, needing to fork out that kind of cash.
