When does Orphan Black season 2 start in the UK?

It’s just been revealed by BBC Three that season 2 of the hit science fiction series Orphan Black will premiere at 10:00pm on Wednesday, 30 April, 2014.

This official Twitter announcement means the UK air date for the new series has been set for less than two weeks after the US premiere, which is scheduled for April 19.

Series 2 hits the ground running with Sarah desperately racing to find her missing daughter Kira, a pursuit which brings her face-to-face with pro-clone Rachel.

Orphan Black Series 2 will run for a total of 10 episodes, with this Canadian TV series again starring Tatiana Maslany as the clones.
