Iain – Age 31

Growing up just outside of Belfast, Iain has a taste for travelling that has taken him all over the world. The experiences and flavours the 31-year-old has been exposed to on his travels now influence the bakes he likes to create. Iain’s parents are passionate about organic foods, a way of thinking which also affects his style of baking.

Iain now lives in London where he works as a construction engineer, often bringing in his baking creations for his colleagues to sample.
