Here’s a look at father and son duo Jack and Tim’s amazing Britain’s Got Talent 2018 audition, where they perform their own original song ‘The Lucky Ones’.

This episode was broadcast on ITV on Saturday 28 April, 2018, with the above full audition video being uploaded straight after to Britain’s Got Talent’s official YouTube channel.
As you can see, the father and son singing and guitar playing act deservedly received judge Simon Cowell’s golden buzzer, which guarantees the pair a place in this years BGT live semi-finals in May.
When the dad began singing at the start of the song, I thought he’s got a great voice, but surely his son is going to have a tough time matching up. If anything though, the 12-year-old boy sounded even better. Combine these awesome and emotional vocals with lyrics to match and beautiful acoustic guitar playing, and they’ve surely got a hit single on their hands, regardless of whether or not they go on to win Britain’s Got Talent 2018.
