The Musketeers Season 3 Cast List: Rupert Everett and Matthew McNulty Join

The Musketeers Season 3 Cast: Actors Rupert Everett and Matthew McNulty to star in the third BBC series as new characters Philippe Achille and Lucien Grimaud

Announced by the BBC on Wednesday, the 13th of May 2015, Rupert Everett and Matthew McNulty became the first new actors confirmed to be joining the cast of The Musketeers series 3.

Everett takes on the role of Philippe Achille, Marquis de Feron, a corrupt Parisian Governor, new Head of the Red Guard and just to add a little extra spice to the storyline, he also happens to be King Louis’ illegitimate brother.

Meanwhile, McNulty will play the character Lucien Grimaud, a vicious criminal and loan shark who’s managed to claw his way out of the poverty gutter.

The third and what turned out to be the final series of BBC’s The Musketeers delivered a darker, more politically charged chapter in the swashbuckling drama.
